Ikea is a sweetheart who loves a good ear scratch and gentle pats.

She starts off shy in a new environment and can take a little time to warm up, but once she does she’s a real sweetie. She has a quiet temperament and a gentle soul, and is just waiting for someone to spend some time with her and see her open up.

Once comfy she also shows her playful side! Ikea loves to run around with her toys just like a big kitten, and is a joy to watch as she gets the zoomies.

She also loves other cats – her confidence really blossoms when she has a cat friend that she can play with and cuddle with. She’d greatly benefit from a forever home that has another cat to help her come out of her shell. Overall she’d best suit a quieter home that can let her blossom in her own time. Once she’s comfy, you’ll be amazed by how cuddly she is – she will climb all over you asking for more pats and will continuously nudge her head into your hand, wanting nothing more than more ear scratches and snuggles.
