At 12 years young, Chevy is living proof that age is just a number. This lovable senior still has a zest for life that would make dogs half his age jealous! Whether he’s heading out for an adventure or simply soaking up attention, Chevy greets everyone he meets with a wagging tail and a hopeful look—especially if there’s a back scratch involved.

Chevy is a big fan of playtime, and toys are his absolute joy—particularly balls. Give him a tennis ball and he’ll happily show off his impressive “deconstruction skills” in record time. Fetch with Chevy is less about how long the ball lasts and more about how much fun he has in the moment!

One of Chevy’s greatest loves is the beach. The second his paws hit the sand, his excitement is contagious. He’ll dig the perfect little hole, flop right into it, and roll around with pure happiness, scratching his back and enjoying every second. After his sandy spa session, he’ll wander into the shallows, wading peacefully and soaking up the magic of a perfect beach day.

Chevy does have some skin allergies, so he’ll need a committed family who can stay on top of his care and provide treatment when needed. In return, he promises love, loyalty, and plenty of joyful, sandy adventures.
