Meet our handsome boy, Merlin! (Or as he is affectionately known as; ‘Lovebug’)

This is what his foster family has translated for us:

“My name is Merlin! True to my name my magic power is to become invisible (hide) when I get frightened. So I need a peaceful home, with a loving and patient family. After my time on the streets I cherish being an indoor cat, I never hiss or scratch, I am very gentle and adore every day I get to lie on beds and play games with my foster family. They tell me I am a handsome boy, I shed very little and I’m extremely clean and tidy and would be happy in a smaller house or apartment. I sing for my dinner and love being patted and have my belly stroked. I’m relaxed with grown ups and children alike and spend a lot of time playing Barbie dream-house with my human foster sister. Every day I am becoming more trusting but I can take a little while to adjust to new situations. I will always be an indoor cat and won’t be right for busy and noisy families or living with other animals. For a very lucky family I would make a loving low-maintenance kitty bff, and as a bonus will add a bit of magic to your life when the light hits just right on my silky black coat and green eyes.”
